Supply

Why do the assets supported on Vee.Finance end with an (.e)?

Vee.Finance accepts mainstream crypto assets, these assets need to pass the assets of the new token contract created by Avalanche Bridge (AB), which have an (.e) at the end of the token. For a tutorial on the use of AB, see the .

Why do USDT.e exist in both the Crypto Sector and Stable Coin Sector, and what is the difference between them?

The USDT.e in these two sectors is the same asset, the difference lies in the collateralization rate and interest rate. The USDT.e in the stable coin sector has a 90% collateralization rate and no liquidation risk, which is more conducive for users to borrow on a revolving basis to expand the principal.

USDT.e in the Crypto Sector t is 60% collateralized, but the yield may be a bit higher. In addition, users can supply USDT.e in the Crypto District and then borrow assets in the Crypto District or make leveraged transactions on the "Trade" page.

How much will I earn?

Each asset has its own market of supply and demand with its own APR, which evolves with time. You can find the average annual rate over the past 7 days to evaluate the rate evolution.

Borrow

How much I can borrow?

The maximum amount you can borrow depends on the value you have supplied and the available liquidity. The "Borrow Limit Available" on the page shows the maximum amount you can borrow. You can find every collateral available and its specific parameters for borrowing in the .

How to calculate the collateral ratio?

Vee.Finance allows users to borrow assets and use leverage by backing a position with collateral that is worth less than the total position size. It requires maintaining its collateral ratio above the market limit, otherwise, it could be liquidated.

The collateral ratio is calculated by adding your collateral value in the borrow token and real-time PnL (Profit and Loss) for a given position and then dividing by the borrow notional. Note that the collateral ratio is calculated with real-time prices of the crypto asset.

How much would I pay in interest?

The interest rate you pay for borrowing assets depends on the borrowing rate which is derived from the supply and demand ratio of the asset. You can find your current borrowing rate at any time in the Borrowings section of your dashboard.

When do I need to pay back the loan?

There is no fixed time period to pay back the loan. As long as your position is safe, you can borrow for an undefined period. However, the longer the loan time, the more the interest. The unpaid interest will be automatically calculated and would be offset in the collateral.

How do I pay off all the AVAX loans?

If you want to pay off all your AMAX loans, it is recommended to click on "max" in the repayment dialog instead of entering the repayment data manually. After confirming the transaction, the Borrow Balance of AVAX will show less than 0.0001, which means you have paid off all your AVAX loans.

How do I avoid liquidation?

In order to avoid the reduction of liquidation, you can repay the loan or supply more assets.
